We are always looking for people to help host special sessions. These can be about anything, so if you have any ideas about a session, contact one of the session leaders. Some examples: teaching how to forage, hosting a holiday session (if it is applicable to outside rituals), leading a hike at a new location.

Yes! There's something for everyone at TAFS and all are welcome! We encourage you to read over the session descriptions and see which ones are best for your children's ages and abilities. Ask a session leader if you need more info.

No. We are a hiking & play group with educational aspects. Our main focus is not to teach concepts, but to provide outdoor experiences while promoting social skills.
